Elizabeth Neal Psychology – COVID-19 Protocol

During this time of uncertainty it is more important than ever to have healthy, strong relationships. I want everybody to know that I am still seeing clients in my normal hours. To keep us all safe I am following the following protocols:
 
  • I have removed the cushions from the consulting couch and it is being wiped with sanitiser between every session.
  • I am personally using hand sanitiser and I request that others do as well.
  • My 48 hour cancellation policy remains in place however if you become symptomatic with a cough or sore throat, I would prefer to conduct the session by Skype.
  • If you have been in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19, I ask that you please wait 14 days to attend in-person.
 
Remember in times of stress the most stabilising influence is a supportive relationship. Please take care of each other. We will get through this together.
